Job Title: Embedded Systems Engineer Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Department: Engineering / Product Development

Overview We are seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize resource-constrained embedded solutions for automotive, IoT, industrial, and renewable energy applications in Chennai’s thriving electronics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect hardware-software co-design for microcontrollers/processors (ARM, RISC-V, etc.).
• Develop low-level firmware/software in C/C++ (drivers, bootloaders, RTOS-based apps).
• Optimize for power, memory, timing, and performance.
• Integrate peripherals/protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, BLE, LoRa, Ethernet).
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging (JTAG, oscilloscopes), and validation.
• Ensure functional safety, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related (Master’s preferred).
• 4–8+ years hands-on embedded development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS/Zephyr), Git, debugging tools.
• Experience with protocols, power optimization, agile methods.

Preferred

• Automotive/medical standards, AI at edge, secure boot.
• Certifications in embedded systems.

Compensation: Competitive (₹8–25 LPA based on experience).
